Pointe Grand Communities was recognized in the 2025 J Turner Research Elite 1% ORA Power Ranking, placing fourth in the country for the highest percentage of Elite status properties in a single portfolio.
Out of more than 150,000 apartment communities nationwide, only 1,312 earned a spot on the Elite 1% list this year. Seven of them are Pointe Grand communities: Pointe Grand Ocala, Pointe Grand Middleburg, Pointe Grand Byron, Pointe Grand Jacksonville, Pointe Grand Macon, Pointe Grand Palm Coast, and Pointe Grand Augusta, with ORA scores ranging from 94 to 97.
A full third of our portfolio qualified for the Elite list this year, a reflection of the resident experience our onsite teams deliver every day.
